I'm going to be house-sitting my friend's place for a week. I'm taking my crestie with me but I considering leaving my leo behind due to the heating equipment. I'm still within driving distance from my house (around 40 minutes) but I don't want to waste gas and come home for the gecko if I don't need to.

I know feeding won't be an issue but I'm worried about water and humidity.

What should I do to make sure my leo to he stays alive while I'm away?

I regularly have to go away for a week every now and then too.
I just normally do all the normal things like cleaning before I go. just make sure they have a large bowl of water (you can get those reptile water dishes that have a bottle attached that are good for when you go away), make sure the humid hide is well wet (as it dose evaporate fairly quickly) and I would normally leave a bowl of meal worms for each.
Then i always drive back half way through the week if im close enough or get some one to check them for me.

The leo will be fine for a week on its own.Leos can thrive a long time without any water of food
