If I breed 2 enigmas that don't show spinning or tilting together,will the babies?

I really want to get into enigmas,but I don't wanna breed them if they're gonna function not so good.so if I bred 2 enigmas that didn't show spinning or tilting,will all of the babies not tilt and spin too?thanks!

not necessarily. just because the breeders have no neurological problems does not mean the offspring won't

Bummer...I really want to make some novas,but I can't justify producing animals that fuction wrong.oh well.maybe they'll resolve it some day.
