Came into $2,000 what gecko and morph would you invest in?

Personally, I'd have to wager with Urban for a patternless striped aft.
If they wouldn't go down $500, I'd probably go with a nice little breeding group of Bell hybinos and stripes. I'm simple what can I say. Ha.

If I had 2K to invest in morphs, I would go with a nice group of this:

1.0 Phantom $800
0.2 Mack Snow Tremper Albino $400 (Total)
0.2 Creamsicles $500 (Total)
0.1 Stripe Mack Snow het Tremper $200

With this I'd be able to make Hypo Super Snow Trempers by crossing the Mack Snow Trempers and the Phantom. I'd also be able to make some nice Creamsicles het Tremper and maybe some Super Creamsicles

haha.. Looks like you have thought of this before Kyle. That does seem like a good project. Personally since.. I already have my Enigma Het Blizzard + Bell project. A project that I would be interested in getting a start on is Albertos Ultra Carrot Tails/Orange body geckos.. I like calling them Carrot Geckos. I would get the really nice Male he has advertized on Kingsnake right now and then find some nice CT's from other breeders. I really like the way they look. Could make some truly amazing animals. :main_yes:

If I ran into $2,000 I would invest in some stocks of a rising reptile company. That $2,000 would turn (hopefully) into $5k. Then I would buy an albino blazing blizzard....hmm I already have one. I would buy some more regular blizzards and get a HUGE hatchling rack. I would keep certain amounts of money for food, but I would get everything I needed to breed and make some more $$. (Not that breeding would get you $$ but if you had $5,000 you would) See, kids aren't that bad with money. And when I say I would invest it, I really would I already have some stocks in my name. They are crappy stocks (only a few dollars) but they are getting better.

Im kinda simple, I love stripes, normals and albinos and would probably go that route which with even a really nice group that would leave ebough for another rack and incubator

If you're talking INVEST - I think that patty fatty stripe would be a good investment. Personally, I'd want to get an enigma because I don't have one, and they are more than awesome!

I would buy fattails- a patternless or a white-out, or maybe just regular fattails. And more adult gecko racks.

wow sounds like some of you already have plans set out. just waiting on the cash... one gecko at a time... I try that. with and without plans, but I always seem to find those geckos that I just HAVE to have, which means start looking for a mate or two. Ha. Then I end up jobless and broke, like now, yet still hunting for more geckos. Can't wait till I start working in October again. I have plans... heehee....

I'm going to do my own, but instead of Eclipse x Bell Hybino I'm going to do SS Bell x Eclipse. Sure I won't get the best colors, but it'll throw two crosses instead of one. Then maybe get lucky and get a male Radar Bell from JMG in late '08 (another :deal: :devil: )...
