A lady contacted me yesterday all but begging me to take in her sav. I don't have the room otherwise I'd have taken this guy in in a heartbeat. She's located in northern IL as far as I can tell and probably can't ship the animal. He's only 12 inches at the moment and she's keeping him in a 10gal tank. She's referring to him as male, but I'm not sure she's sure of the sex. She knows NOTHING of his care and really just wants to give him to someone else who can raise him comfortably.

I'm not entirely sure she's giving him away. She seemed pretty keen on just giving him to me, but there may be a fee involved anyway.

I actually haven't heard from her in a while. She was keeping touch for a couple weeks then just stopped emailing me. I'll shoot her a message and see whats up.
