IMO leos are not social animals.Im my experience all my leos do well seperated. They eat better IMO.I can make sure who is eating, pooing. For me they thrive better.I even house my hatchlings seperate since I've seen bullying.I am bothered by breeders who house hatchlings in large quantities and see babies that have lost tails

Same, except I'll house clutchmates together until I notice one out competing the other for food. Or if space is freely available I'll house hatchlings individually. I have housed females together (up to 5 in a large tank) with everyone maintaining good weight, but they got separated out when it came to breeding so I knew who laid what eggs.
