I'm frustrated.

Jasper was the only leo I dared bring back to school with me, mainly because I wanted to monitor him and didn't think my sister would do the best job.

So after being housed at my parents' home for about 3 days, I moved him up to Augie with me. I didn't expect him to eat during the time we were at my parents' house--figured he'd want to get used to the new home. I didn't expect him to eat when we got here, either, again figuring he'd want to get used to his new home.

Well I got him the day before Easter. He's only eaten two mealworms since then. TWO.

A few days ago he had a really white looking poop and I thought "well that's strange" but chalked it up to possibly just digested shed?

Well he shed yesterday so now I know that that wasn't the case with the poop.

My temps are fine--90 in his warm hide, 80 in his cool hide. He's on tile.

I offer food every night, just after sundown. I've tried offering him mealies in a bowl. Dusted. Undusted. Just shed. Tried dropping them in front of him (that's when he ate the two, but nothing more than that)

Any suggestions here? Or should I just give it time?

He's a big healthy boy...weighed around 77 grams when I got him, so I guess I shouldn't worry too much...it's just I don't like it when any of my little guys stop eating

Are meal worms all you have tried? I just got a new little girl and she was anti meal worm. She loves roaches and crickets and super worms. Try a different food for him.

I haven't sent Dustin (Stewy84) an email, but as I understand, he feeds his geckos on mealies so there shouldn't be a problem there.

I tried crix for a while, but no go...Jasper seemed to run AWAY from them instead of hunting. And they weren't even that big either..

make the mealworms look more lively to him, The only way my leopard gecko will eat them is if i pinch them with tweezers and hold them in from of his face wriggling around then drop them when i see he is interested. Try that, or maybe different food like Rocksmama77 said to do.

Diff food may have to be the way to go on this. When I do what you mention here, he just turns away, closes his eyes, and lays back down.
