OMG I'm either going to fire her or kill her......

$22,750 is what she's cost me in a little over three months. She's so fucking lucky she's Spanky's neice and that she knows the millage for all the billing. Her problem is she's in such a fucking hurry to get it the data into the computer that she fucks it all up and invoices are not getting paid or not paid in full. She's been doing this job for 3 years, you'd think after being told over and over and over again to double check her work that it would be flawless by now if she were actully doing as she's been told. If I docked her pay for these errors she'd owe me money.....hmmmmm gives me an idea.

Well I'm going to spend the next few hours going over the invoices that I just got paid for or not paid for in this case and find out what the fuck it is that she just can't figure out. This is the fucking perpetual college student with 3 degrees who's now going for accounting and is about to quit because she knows someone that can't even pass the test after 3 tries, the person that is so fucking perfect that everything in life is everyone elses fault and nothing she's done at all.

THE BITCH IS FUCKING LUCKY SHE'S FAMILY!!!

Fe, i understand she is family, but if she is costing you that much money in the business aspect. it's time to talk to her seriously and tell her she needs to shape up or she can get the fuck out

That is exactly why business and family shouldn't mix. Fire her. I would. Being family shouldn't buy you a pass to fuck up all you want. Give her a warning that if it continues then she's gone. If anything, it might put a little fear and respect in your other employees. If you're willing to fire family, then you won't have problems cutting them loose. Also, I'm sure other people have seen her skate and stay because she family...it'll be good to for other to see good job = you HAVE a job, bad job = you're gone.

LOL, that is so evil managment talk coming out of me. I've seen that cutting people slack is the wrong way to go MANY times. You've gotta draw a line in the sand. You don't have to be mean about it, but it still has to be done.

I've had the talk with her over and over and over again. No one other than myself knows of her fuck ups. I'm demoting her to 2 days a week from 7 days, that's a big pay cut, she can drive the rest of the week if she wishes. Even driving she will be taking a major cut in pay cause she can't work flexible enough hours to make good money like the other drivers. Maybe after hurting her pocket she will realize that it is a big deal that she's screwing up all the time. It's either not her fault or she doesn't give a shit, and I'm fed up!!! The biggest issue is I have to come up with 120k by 1/23, and this type of shit is not helping!!! I will evently get all that money but it takes a lot of teeth pulling.
