Oh where to start!!! My personalized candy bar business that I've had for the past 6 years is about to boom again. When I became a dealer I got the domain cherubsnchocolate.com, and the corporate office had cherubs-n-chocolate.com. As a lic dealer we are allowed and even encouraged to use the CNC name. Well the corporate office managed to get a few spots on Food Net, and then realized I had the above domain. They came to me with an offer to buy it from me. I accepted the offer of $2,500 cash and $12,500 in product. Yay, that was awesome cause I was fully stocked and the extra cash was a plus.
Here's the good part.... the original owner sold the business to a new company, a little over a year ago. When the domain last came up for renewal the original owner of CNC corp, renewed it for only one year (I think he knew he was selling already). Well it just expired last week, I can't believe they let it expire. Guess who owns it again!!! yay!!! The domain is still pointed to their website but should be going to mine soon!
