Impaction?

My friend wanted me to post this thread for him. What to for a gecko when it is impacted and the signs when it is impacted. He also wanted to know what meneral oil is.

Goes Off food, lethargic, Cannot poop, Sand etc in the poop, Always on the hot side belly down,large Hard belly does not like it being touched,
