I agree, that baby doesn't look like a normal hatchling to me at all, definitely a blizzard.. the black head is AWESOME though, and you never know, maybe they are onto something :) It's hard to know since you'll have to wait till the baby grows, see what it looks like as it grows and gets older, and then see if you can pass that trait onto offspring :D

As they get older they will turn into a more uniformly colored gecko. A lot start out with that type of coloration. Nothing weird. Just a cute little Blizzard. :)

oh ok . I have seriously never seen that black a head before . I keep you guys updated to see what the little guy turns into .

Our baby hatched almost completely black and she had a black head. As they get older, the skin pigment moves and they lighten up a bunch.

Alright thanks for all the help guys . I have seen alot of young blizzards and none with a head like that but I guess its normal...lol
