how do i make a homemade incubator . just want to trying making one

okay like im trying to say could i use a styrafoam box with top put water in it then put the submegable heater in and let the eggs float in deli cups

The only thing i'd worry about with that is possibly melting the styrofoam. Maybe put a large shoebox type sterlite container in the bottom of the styrofoam cooler/box and fill THAT with water and put the submersible heater in that. Floating deli cups on the water, as long as you're sure no water would get in the cups, isn't a bad idea.

That's kind of how my incubator is set up.
