image.jpg you are seeing a red bump? I guess a bump coming from his butt and he'snot eating, is really sensitive in that area and his pupils are fully dilated in a bright-ish room

He really needs to see a vet. If you can't afford the vet, you can't afford the pet. That HAS to hurt! :( Posting tons of pics isn't going to help him. Taking him to a vet will.

A prolapse isn't something I think someone inexperienced should be dealing with. Separate him, put him somewhere very clean, keep doing the soaks, make sure the area stays moist, and see a vet. Borrow money from a friend or family member if you have to.

It definitely looks like a prolapsed hemipene. That means one of your geckos two penises has turned inside out. It is undoubtedly painful. If its been more than 24 hours since it happened it more than likely cannot be corrected without veterinary care. If you leave it as is it will probably get infected and may eventually kill your gecko. Get him to a vet ASAP.

Until you can get him in, clean his tank really well. Make sure no debris or dirt is anywhere in it (like sand, calcium powder, moss, etc.). Soak him for 10 mins in warm water (90-95 degrees) and keep him and his tank ULTRA clean until you get him to a vet.
