Just came home to find an injured gecko, might have been attacked by a cat or dog, has a few wounds on his side and belly, also missing his tail. He seems really lethargic and when i picked him up he was really cold though did find him on the wooden floor inside. Ive put him outside to warm up, is there anything else I can do for him?

He would have dropped his tail as a defense response and that will be OK. If you feel the wounds are just skin tears, then clean them with water, keep the gecko warm and see if it will eat (don't worry if it won't eat right away). If you feel the wounds are deeper, you will need to make an appointment with a reptile vet. Also, obviously, it's really important to figure out how the gecko got out and/or how the cat or dog got into the enclosure.
