Introducing: Pablo Honey (large pics)

My new P.I. Chahoua from Leapin' Leachies.
Pablo Honey weighs 5 grams and hatched on 1/18/09.

I think I loves him/her. LOTS.
Now I know WHY people just adore chewies so much. We just got him this morning, and I wanted to mist his cage, but he was on his cork bark, up towards the top of his cage, so I had my husband hold him while I misted.
I didn't want to handle him, I was afraid of stressing him out.
But, to my amazement, he handled it like he had known us his ENTIRE life. Not one jump, he just sat calmly and walked a little bit on my husband's hand, but not a lot. He also ate some CGD (my husband calls it "The Repashy") from my husband's finger.

I love how they always look like they are in a forever smile.

This is about the extent of the walking that was done.

"mmm, nom, nommy!"

My husband dipped his finger in the cgd three times and Pablo licked it off.

hahaha, no.
I actually got it from the Radiohead album "Pablo Honey".
All of my animals are named with music-related names.

I almost always use my Tamron 28-75mm f2.8 lens when I take pictures of my geckos. It has macro capabilities and that 75mm reach allows me to remain distant enough from them not to freak them out.
