When starting a breeding project how do you introduce them ?

Do you put the female in with the male for a short time to see if they visually mate?

Do you put the male in with the female for a short time to see if they visually mate?

Do you put them both in a netural temp ( home ) place for a short time to see if they visually mate?

Or do you leave them for long periods of time and with which of the above scenarios and not worry about them and separate them after X amount of days?

Don't know for sure, but I would think that you should probably put the female into the male's tank so he has the advantage of being on his own territory. some say it is better to keep them seperated for breeding purposes, but I don't know how much of a difference it makes.
