is 35 7/8H x 11 5/8D x 35 7/8W to small for a enclosure?

I was in Target and seen these wooden bins that had 9 bins, I wondered if I set it up to where each in enclosure measured 15w x 11d x 15h, would that be enough room for 1-2 juvies? And I can add depth with another teir to double the depht. What do you guys think?

A 10-gallon tank has 200 sq. inches of floor space (10x20). Your enclosure would have 165 sq. inches, so it's a bit smaller than a 10 gallon. I wouldn't recommend putting more than 1 adult in there. On the other hand I think hatchlings and small juvies are OK in a smaller space. I put my hatchlings in pairs, where possible, in a space that has 120 sq. inches of floor space.

Well what I plan on doing is using two of the 42L x 24H x 12D, so that my depth would be 24. I would also turn it on its side so that way it would be just shorter then a 55g but with twice the depth, I was thinking of using one of my 55g tanks but I would wanna use a ramp system to double the floor space, does anyone have a setup like this
