is gecko sick

my two female leopard geckos have gotten black dots around mouth is this sickness or normal

I've never heard of any kind of black spot disease so i'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's normal. leopard geckos undergo radical changes in color and pattern during their lives.

well one is a shct and the other is a creamsicle, but the sunglow in the same cage does not have this. i'm feeding roaches, suppers, mealworms, waxworms

awww.. those are just part of its pattern!! Almost all Leos get their spots
