I have been looking and I think Ebony, one of my three month old leo may be a midget. He/she is housed with Skyler, my other three month old leo. Skyler is longer and bigger built (bigger legs, fatter tail, bigger head). They get feed the same amount of food and calcium d3. He/she is very healthy just like his bro/sis. Do you think he/she is a midget leo?

Thanks everyone.

I can't answer that. I don't have a scale. :( When I hold Skyler, and then Ebony. I can tell Skyler weighs more, maybe 2 grams or 1 gram more.

Are they male and female? If so, I would recommend separating them until they are big enough to breed (because they will). What size enclosure are they in? If there is not enough room for two geckos, one can intimidate the other which might cause it to eat less. Also, keep in mind that geckos come in different sizes.

I have sexed my 1 month old leos and sold the males off with a garuntee.

3 months is plenty old enough IMO. I have a few geckos that were very slow growes but when they reached 9 months they did a growth spurt and are now 70+ grams.

3 months is too young to assume there dwarfs if you see a huge size difrence at 1 year then maybe, untill then hatchlings are completly difrent.
