I want to know because I heard leos like roaches.

Could you tell me everything they need to breed, and were can I buy my first sets of breeding bettles or roaches?

Thanks!!

Oh where oh where has my little roach gone?

Roaches....plenty of places to buy them and info on raising them. I think Tremper has them now(Ron's Roaches). The internet is a useful tool......Aren't hooked up? LOL Just kidding?.......I was going to raise them...ordered
a small batch to try (first to see if my geckos responded to them).......
They would not eat them. My gecko buddy Jim's would not eat them either.....Now I know plenty of people will respond to this by saying their geckos love them. Ours did not.......I think ours would eat them if that was all we fed them........So I suggest a "test" amount until you see if your gecko/s want you to buy them. I'll see if I have the link for you.....Take care. / HJ....Here is where we got ours. ...Roaches and dealer very nice.

did you try feeding them adults? i think the adults are way too big and fast unless you cool them first. mine will eat the cooled adults and will eat appropriately sized nymphs no problem.

in fact if i dont put in enough roaches for everybody mine will actually fight over them, grabbing onto the same roach and trying to tear it apart!

Roaches, yes or no?

H.C.Moe......wow! ....that's what I had hoped to see, a real fox and hound hunt. I did use small roaches. Appears you have a geckogathering housed together. I don't. I wonder if you have separated geckos that do the roach frenzy too?
Think I'm interested in roaches again....take care / HJ

If your leos like roaches, start out with a decent amount of adults. Make sure they have places to hide, food, water crystals, and keep it warm. Ours didn't breed until the temps were in the mid 90's.

I fed my geckos dubia roaches last night. The male got so excited to eat them that he stared vibrating his tail (only seen him get that excited during mating).
