One of my baby Leo's is always in the moist hide, she sleeps in there in the day, is this ok?? It is over the heat mat, at least one side of it is & that is the side she is in.

Its totally fine. Probably mean it is going to shed soon.

Actually being in the moist hide all the time is not a good thing... Also, the moist hide should be in the mid range (middle of cage) of the heat gradient... There should be a dry hide in the hot area of the cage...

Set it up like this and I can tell you that you will see your leo spending less time in the humid hide...

MIne are in the moist hide a few days before they even start to shed that is why i said it was fine.

I have 3 other hides over the heat mat as well as the moist hide, only part of the moist hide is over the heat. It is possible that she is going to shed as she hasn't shed since i have had her on the 2nd of December.
Can you tell me why it isn't good for her to stay there??

Too long in a humid hide can cause skin issues as well as URIs... How long has the leo been in the humid hid for??? If it has only been a couple of days, its fine, but if it is weeks, then there can be an issue... Again, take the humid hide off of the heated area... That is not where you want the humid hide anyway...
