Is it possible?

Doesn't look like an enigma to me. If a leo isn't visibly enigma, it is impossible to get more enigmas from it because all geckos carrying this gene show it physically.

I don't get all the enigma hype... I honestly like the natural eliptical eyes better... just my 2 cents... and as far as your gecko, it would help a lot if you gave a close up on it's eye/s.

I don't believe it is an Enigma either. Since Enigmas are a dominant/incomplete dominant trait, or co-dominant, the babies from that pairing would either be Enigmas or would not be. There is no 'het' for Enigma, but it would be het for Bell albino (recessive) since one of the parents is a Bell.

It is a newer morph with alot of possibilities, just like any other new morph when it is new to the hobby. They actually have eyes, just like any other Leo, they are just a different color. The one in the link below, I think is a Bell(aka Red Eyed) Albino Enigma. The non-Albinos seem to have more of a darker, orange to amber colored eye, which makes the Albino version have much brighter colored eyes.

Normally a Bell Albino has a much different colored eye, and they do not usually have solid black body spots, that is what makes the Enigma, and the new combination morphs you can make with them, very unique.

Not my picture, but here is the link. http://www.geckosetc.com/images/avail/Available Pictures/ENF1_eye_600.jpg

Thanks guys/gals I am from North Carolina born and raised. It's currently not "my" gecko it's for sell from AC Reptiles so I can't take a better picture but I will request one. I was hoping just to grab him up and see and for the price I would not be hurting. He's only asking $150.00 for him. Cause I would really love to get into some enigma projects. So, I was just curious what you all thought he was cause he wasn't sure himself. So, think it would be worth it?

In case no one looked at the original ad: That gecko is listed as an Enigma sibling, NOT an Enigma. http://www.acreptiles.com/available_leopards.htm

It's just a hypo tangerine het Bell so I don't know if $150 is really that great of a deal. You can only make Enigmas with Enigmas so you're better off saving that $150 and waiting a while until Enigmas come down in price. I think some people are creating confusion by selling geckos as "Enigma siblings". They don't carry any special genes and should not be worth more than if they were not an Enigma sibling. That's one of my pet peeves and I HATE when people mislead newbies with marketing ploys. :main_thumbsdown:

Haha don't get me wrong a new trait demands repect simply for genetics alone, but I simply don't care about as much as others seem. I personally like the albino enigma/RAPTORs a lot more then the "normal" enigmas... just my 2¢.
