she will calm down, when i got mine they were not calm. i would come in the room and they will run. they all now are very calm. one of my girls when she sees me looks up from the tank i put my hand in there she licks my finger then climbs in my hand and curls up. Another one will look at me and when she feels me touch her she stands up so i can pick her up.

Oh yeah they will calm down. My Nakia Will follow me in her cage, and climb her plants I have in there (fake ones) to try to get to me. I'm working on my male right now and he's calmed down A LOT. He wont bite me anymore. haha I just have my VERY temperamental female next to work with. haha

I think a lot of them naturally clam down with age. Some just take longer than others! lol We have a 2 year old female who isn't aggressive but has always had a love of trying to launch herself out of her tub. Good luck guys.

Lol, Mel same here!! I have one no matter what she will make a run for the outside of the cage. BUT she is just as calm as can be.

Yup. I could barely hold my first one when I got her, and a month later, I can hold her for ten minutes to get stuck shed off of her toes :main_yes:. My second one is also calming down after about two weeks. It will happen. Just be patient.
