He hasn't ate in 3 days and the temperature is dropping because of winter. Also he spends all day long inhis cold hide and goes yo his warnm at night for just a little bit. Is he hibernating?.......what do i do?

i wouldn't call it hibernating but yes he may be starting to slow down because of the cooler temps and shorter days. three days is not long without eating though

My gecko does that too... she spends all day in her burrow on the cool side and then spends time in her warm hide in the evening... is that normal?

Mine is always in his warm hide like almost 24/7, its odd. He barely comes out and when he does e goes in if he sees me =/

If the ambient temps are getting really cold, you may want to add a red incandescant light to increase the ambient heat in the tank.
I have to do this a couple of months every year

The proper terminology for what your gecko may be doing is brumation.

If that's what it is, and he isn't losing significant weight, it shouldn't be a problem.
