I have two trempers, one is supposed to be female, the other male.
the male is sept 15 and is a decent bit bigger(19g),the female is sept 27(12g). Same dad, different mom.
The male is definitely a male, two very big bulges. The female...I'm not so sure. These are my first leo's this young, so I've never really seen how the genders develop.

Looks female to me

Could be me being a bit paranoid, I had this pair shipped in as my first breeding project. So if she ends up being a he, I am kinda screwed(I'm pretty sure the breeder would fix things, but it would still be costly for shipping).

12 grams is a bit small to be sexing for sure. Some males are easy to sex by 15 but by 20 grams it should be obvious male or female.
Still looks female to me, pretty sure it is but need to wait a couple more weeks for her to grow and develop to be really sure.

Check again at 20 grams ;)

I do agree with Michelle that 12 grams is a bit small to sex accurately. I find that when sexing any young juvie, pulling the tail up or having it angled up will make any look like they have bulges. It is best to look at the pores when sexing young geckos. I love using a 10x magnifying glass when doing so.

Your first gecko does look female to me but they can be late developers at times.

Would these be the ones from Sabrina? My Sunglow I bought from her is "bulgy" like that.. but there's no pores... and she's closer to 50g now...

she looks like a "she" to me
