Is this a Mack Snow?

Found this little one in my bator from MSThR * RERS.
Now could she be a Mack???

No, macks hatch out black and white. Unless they've got albino, then it's white and pink-ish. From my understanding, if there's yellow, it's not a mack.

Khrysty, that is indeed the rule, but rules are broken alot recently. We are breeding color into macks and some are hatching with yellowish hues. Thorstens just seems too colorful to be mack to me(I know his breeders)

Then how can you tell whether its a mack or not?

The amount of color and hue makes me think preemie. Some animals hatch dull and the color comes in after a shed or 2.

And you won't see the trademark Mack "Black and White" when you throw albino into the mix. ;)

As to if the hatchling's Mack or not, I don't know. Time will surely tell. :main_yes:
