Is this a mealie?

The pet store I bought them from said theat they weren't the standard mealie, but I wanted to ask you all be cause you would know over them. My petstore is full of dim-wits, they house Cali-Kings together, yeah, I'm not makin' this up!
And here is my Leo, do you think that the mealies are too big for him?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

It looks like a mealworm to me and the gecko is big enough to eat mealworms, I feed my hatchlings and babies medium mealworms..
