Is this a sperm plug or deadly infectiion?

It was just stuck to my male leo. It was of different pink and black colors, and hanging by what looks to be a vain kind of thing. I thing its a sperm plug, cause when I tried to pull it out, it kinda stretched a little. PLease help, I'm getting really nervous. Here's a picture:

please, what is this and what is treatment? Its been on him since yest. AAHH IM SO SCARED :'(

Hard to tell from the picture. Maybe soak him in some warm water and then pull gently on it. If it's a sperm plug it will come right out. Otherwise, it's probably vet time.

the pictures are indeed not very clear. i cant tell if its a prolaps or a sperm plug. but i still think a quick trip to the vet wouldnt hert as both can be pretty painful
