is this brand of calcium sufficent

Hi been reading up on the forums and now quesioning the brand of Calcium i bought. Didn't know really about d3 and all. I have Rep-Cal phosphourus free calcium with VIT.D3 -is this sufficent?
Is Respahy(sp?) a calcium supplement that is better? I like to offer the best quailty if it really makes a difference....I have kept fish for years and only offer what i feel are higher quality foods.

Both Rep-Cal and Repashy are proven good supplements for Leopard geckos. There is a lot of info on Repashy in this forums. Just do a search and you will have enough reading for a day or two

Is just rep-cal alone enough or do I need one without d3 as well? Also can i just dust crickets and still offer it in the cage in a lid to be available at all times?

I use RepCal with D3 in the mealworm bowls for egging females and babies under 20 grams. Otherwise, I use it without D3. I use RepCal Herptivite once every week to 10 days when I dust crickets or dubia roaches.

I use Fluker's Calcium with vitamin d3 and it's phosphorus free. I've heard it's sufficient and I have a small dish of it in my aquarium and my leopard gecko licks it sometimes so I guess he likes it.

I like to use the 4:1 Vionate/OsteoForm mixture for dusting and in the bowl. This could be compared to a mixture of RepCal +d3 no phos. and ReptiVite. For the licking bowl I really like to use just pure calcium (no phosphorus, no d3). Just my personal preference though. I actually use the brand of pure calcium that RepCal makes. The label is green but I have not seen it in chain pet stores, only in my local herp shop and online. Theres nothing wrong with what your doing though.
