is this from the tile or fighting?

I noticed 3 of my leos with marks like this on there nose and I think its from going after crickets and mealis on the gravel, I never see em fighting so I hope its not a parasite, sorry the pic isnt clear

Just because you never see them fighting, doesn't mean they don't.

That being said, I've seen my leos get wounds like that from cage furniture. If they have a hard time getting the shed off, they'll scrape themselves harder until it comes off.

Could be either, really. Are they all housed together? Are there others in with them or is it just the three? Are they of similar size or is one bigger than the others? What sex are they?

they are all the same size, and same sex, I have, I do have rocks in there with them, should I give them something to help heal it or they should be fine?

Just make sure their habitat is fairly sanitary and they should heal completely in a couple of sheds
