Is this how it always goes?

This is our first real season breeding ball pythons. We have 7 females 5 normals, a pastel and a mojave. All 5 normals go, so far 4 clutches laid one more due soon. Mojave and pastel decided they didn't want to lay this time around. :main_rolleyes: First clutch 3 eggs 1.0 spider 1.1 normals. Spider dies about a week after it hatches (not sure why, we know it happens sometimes). Next clutch 7 eggs 3.1 normals 3.0 spiders. I can't believe out of 7 eggs we only got 1 female! :p
Oh the fun of breeding ball pythons! Wouldn't trade it for any other hobby though! :D
Here are the spiders that hatched out over the weekend.

The Spiders are really nice! I can't wait to start breeding, but it will be awhile for me. I'm hoping to get a couple next month at the NARBC show.

Thanks! They did come out nice and we are really happy with them. It's just funny how things go sometimes. :)
