Is this internal bleeding?

Hey,
i saw this yesterday and i cannot understand what it is. There is a kind of blood but i am not sure. Whats that? Is there an important situation? What do i have to do?

It's most likely either feces before they "appear" or possibly the gall bladder. It should be fine.

Looks like a normal gecko belly to me. You're probably looking at an organ there - I bet Aliza is right about a gall bladder

agreed. thats normal, hatchling belly skin is very transparent but will thicken up as they grow.
