It's really the wrong shape for a leopard gecko. They lay on the ground and stretch out, but you can't lay that hide sideways because half of the bottom would be open. It's fine for crested geckos because those tend to perch vertically, although in my experience, it can be a tight fit for adults.
If you want to buy something natural-looking for a leopard gecko, I highly recommend the ZooMed Repti Shelter (medium size has been good for all my geckos). Exo Terra also makes a Gecko Cave (large size for leopard geckos).
If you don't care about the look, you can save money and make a humid hide yourself out of a tupperware container.
