Okay, I have a leopard gecko. I'm not quite sure but I think he's around a year or so old. I've been noticing lately that his tail is really pinky/purple where it seems like the white should be (I think he's a jungle or normal, if that helps) and I checked on him and his back feet's toe's are pretty red. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
Also, some days he looks a bit paler than usual and then the next day he's fine. Is this normal as well? I mean, I give him plenty of calcium and stuff...so I don't know what the problem is.
P.S. I don't really know if he's a he or she yet and i'm having trouble deciding. I'm newer to the whole gecko thing so can anyone explain easily how to tell the gender?
Thanks!
