isopods?

anybody every try these guys? i found this thread:

and it seems like they would be pretty easy to breed.

I've heard of them, but they give me the creeps looking at them. Ha. I don't know anything about them.

Not much use in a leopard gecko enclosure, but they'd be great to keep a high-humidity enclosure clean (naturalistic that is). Over on AB I've hear lots of people rant and rave (I mean say lotsa good things) about them.

I lift up a log and thweres like 10 of them...of course they probably have parasties though.

I teach science and we use those lovelies in a unit. They multiply rather easily in dirt with a potatoe in it for food and moisture. My geckos won't eat them though.
