I am sad my husband and I might be loosing a gecko. She/ he has not been eating that we know of. We are planning to separate two of them I know three of them are eating. But our albino is not eating of course we got them all from a pet stores. The albino is still moving fast. A few years ago I had a Leo I got him from a pet store and 4 months after that he died his tail was like a toothpick. We just don't know what to do anymore. We are hoping that we don't loose her or him.

Hi there! Maybe I can help! So first things first, yes! Separate them! At the very least, separate the one that isn't eating, but leopard geckos do better alone so it would be best to separate them all. The stress of having to compete with food and resources may be too much for the little baby to bare which might be why s/he doesn't want to eat.
Second, I noticed you said it's an albino. Albinos are VERY sensitive to light so if you are using a heat lamp on him/her TURN IT OFF. I would even go so far as to suggest moving her into a tub! Like one of those plastic storage bins. That would be a better choice because tubs have the opaque walls and let less light in. And you'll want to heat it with a heat pad that's connected to a thermostat. Put her in the quietest room in your house and try to bother her as little as possible for a week. This will help her feel more safe and secure and may get her to eat.
Third, it may also be helpful to leave a CLEAR bowl of worms in her tub. That way she can see them! I've had babies that just don't think to look INSIDE their ceramic bowl and just never ate out of it because they didn't know there was food in it.
Fourth, Pet-smart has this awesome stuff called Repti-plus (I think?) that helps boost your reptiles appetite. This worked wonders for my geckos that wouldn't eat.

How does she look? Does she seem to be losing weight quickly? You got her from a pet store so there is a pretty good chance that she could be fatally ill. A vet visit wouldn't hurt either!

Above advice is good.

I would also add that if she refuses to eat and begins losing a lot of weight after a few weeks of quiet and security, you can resort to feeding gecko slurry by putting drops on her nose and doing short 10-15 minute soaks in warm water daily to keep her hydrated. If they have gotten themselves stressed and dehydrated, it can take some special help to jumpstart their systems.

Recipe for Golden Gate Geckos Slurry is on this page if you scroll down a bit:
