yeah, that was just a small taste of what was there. its not a big show by any means, but the diversity is outrageous. They also had tons of frogs, toads, newts, salamanders, and geckos of all types. I managed to be the lucky guy that picked up a Giant Madagascar Day Gecko. its only a baby, maybe 2 inches long, but should grow upward of 12 inches long. its gorgeous. I'll get pics after it has gotten a day to chill out from the stress of the show. I have it in a large kritter keeper temporarily until I can finish the 10 gallon vert I already started and also give it time to go through quarantine.

Actually, it wasn't diverse at all... They barely had anything for sale. Mostly snakes. The diversity in which you speak of was of animals that weren't for sale! I looked for lots of frogs, salamanders, newts, etc. because I am interested in picking up more diverse species like that, but they only had a few options to choose from. I saw one vendor that had RETF. There was only one more vendor there that had two other species of frogs and one vendor for dart frogs. Unless you saw something else that I didnt... I couldnt find anything I wanted. And, Bryan, looks like you picked up the only day gecko there.

I guess. I was there from 9-2, so I had alot of time to walk around and look at everything about 20 times. lol. almost every time I went around I saw something I didnt see before. around about 1 is when I started seeing a bit of monotony in the selection. But again, for a show if that size it wasnt all that bad. Now last year's daytona show was pretty monotonous... snakes, snakes, and oh look,... more snakes....The highlights of that one were when you showed me the leos you picked out for me, my friends showing up, dinner at cracker barrel, and the ride back home.
