"Jaguar" morph?

I was at an expo this past weekend and I saw an unusual leopard gecko on one of the tables. The seller had the gecko labeled as a "Jaguar Typhoon." Obviously I had heard of Typhoon before but I'd never heard of a Jaguar. I tried looking it up and couldn't find anything else. Anyone know anything more about this supposed morph? I'm extremely curious. He was a lighter yellow-phase morph with reduced patterning that was a very similar color to his base color, really no dark pigments at all that I could see, and he was a giant.

I wish I had now but it was my first time at a reptile expo and I didn't know the etiquette... She wanted me to guess, as if I should be able to know what it is! But it's nothing I've ever heard of so I didn't know what was there, obviously!

Some people make up their own names. Sometimes (rarely) it's actually a new line that has been proven to be reproducable. Usually it's someone who has a gecko that looks a little different and made up a name, not realizing that there may be many geckos that look similar that are called something more standard.

Just my opinion but, if someone is trying to sell you a morph and won't tel you what the genetics are then I would never buy anything from them. Breeding geckos together shouldnt be a guessing game exspecially when your paying good money for a beautiful gecko.

Like Aliza said there's a very small chance it was an actual morph. Usually when I see things like this at expos it's just a cool looking gecko and people give them a name as a marketing tool. An example of this is lavender stuff, just because a gecko hatched out with lavender on it at random does not mean it will produce lavender offspring. These traits need to be line bred to become "stronger" and more inheritable
