Jungles and Redstripes

Would I consider this a jungle, or is the tail still too banded?

Would I consider this a redstripe or just a stripe? Parents are raining redstripe x GG tang cross rainwater (banded).

I would consider the first one a jungle and the second one a redstripe if it gets/maintains orange coloring as it matures.

So is that the difference between a stripe and a redstripe? If a gecko has a stripe and is pretty quality tangerine, it's a redstripe? I was checking out pictures on google, and the non-albino redstripes look like have actually red stripes (instead of brown or black) but I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the albino stripes and redstripes.

I believe most breeders want "Red Stripe" to denote a strong red/orange stripe on either side of the spine, not just an orange stripe pattern.

One of those things where people started calling any striped gecko with tangerine a "red stripe", I assume. There was a discussion on Facebook recently about how people needed to get back to actually having the dorsal stripes.

I see. My adult male raining redstripe's stripe doesn't look all that red. A little bit. I'll only call the hatchling a redstripe if his stripe does get red. Otherwise I will consider him a rainwater stripe. He still has a very nice stripe and is getting more tangerine with every shed, so I'm happy with him regardless.
