Just a quick thought that ran through my head.

I know that most if not all geckos with the eclipse eye, have a white tip nose. I also know that at this point we don’t have anyway to know if we will get solid eyes, or snakes eyes, if we breed to eclipse eye gecko together. The question is, does anybody think the larger the amount of white on the nose, the fuller the eyes?

I don't know that much about eclipse eye and snake eye. But I think the amount of white on the nose is worth investigating. In particular, if possible, check to see if the white area touches the eye.

Here is a possible parallel. Some breeds of pigeons have white markings on the heads. If the white marking reaches the eye, the iris looks black, which is called bulleye. If the white marking does not reach the eye, the eye is normal (orange iris). If the white marking reaches the eye on one side of the head but not the other, one eye is bulleye and the other is normal. I was struck by the mention of geckos with one snake eye and one eclipse eye when searching the web.
