Ok so I went out and got the UTH, and bought a tupperwear dish and a small plastic dish to use for a food dish. here's some pics, any advice would be great.

If you want a more natural look go with tile. You could also use reptile carpet. Anything that they cannot ingest is the best.

Thanks guys, yeah I am working on getting rid of the sand, and replacing it with tile. Just limited on movement right now due to an accident and can only get out when my dad can take it....lol But I talked to a guy from an actual reptile store and he said the sand would be ok for now because of his age, that there wasn't much of a chance of him eating it and anything bad happening....So there was no rush.

Also, for your leo's humid hide( tupawear containor) take a lighter to the edges to burn them down so there not so sharp, but make sure you air it out afterwords.

Thanks Tommy, I actually took a nail file and went around the edges to round it off....lol I ran my finger around it just to make sure it was smooth and there were no more sharp edges.
