A lot of people build or buy racks and I will let those people talk about that since I don't do that. With what you have already, you can have some plexiglass cut to use as dividers. The 20 gallon can be divided into 3 sections and the 10 gallon into 2 sections. Be sure the geckos can't squeeze through the dividers; 2 hatchlings of mine lost their tails to a hungry gecko in the next compartment. If you use heat cable, you can run the cable along the length of the tank bottom in the back. That way, each section would have a heated area at the back and an unheated area in the front. If you need more cages than that here are 2 suggestions:
1. Get those large faunariums that are about 17"x12"x6". They are under $15 each I think. You can probably keep 1-3 hatchlings in each one. They come with a divider and I would imagine either 1 hatchling on each side or 3 without a divider.
2. check out "stackable" aquariums at glasscages.com. They are relatively cheap. THere's one that's 12 1/2"x24"x8" for $25 but they'll also make one that's 121/2"x30"x8" (which they call "half-'29") for $35. The screen top is only another $6-10. I divide these larger ones into 3 sections and it works well.

Personally I prefer having my babies visible in tanks than in racks (I have a 16-box rack for overflow if necessary) but not everyone feels that way.

Good luck,

Aliza
