I have a het raptor that I got a few months ago. I uploaded pics but cant resize them tonight. I have an older pic that doesnt show what I am wondering about though. Anyway, she has the small "pepper like" dots that are commonly seen on the enigmas. I also know the guys I got her from were among the first to get the enigmas. I was wondering if she was a "by product" from a enigma that didnt look like an enigma as a hatchling, But I also dont know how this could be considering she is a het raptor. This may be a dumb question, but the only other leos I have seen the "pepper" on is the enigmas. Ill post new pics tommorow.

you really cant see them except a little on her tail in this pic.
here I found the pic I got when I purchased her, she has colored up ALOT since this pic, but you can see the pepper on her tail.

If you are thinking you have an Enigma, you are most likely wrong in your thinking... Looks like a normal hypo to me... Very pretty but not an Enigma for sure....

Chris, your question is not dumb... Sometimes morphs can look like other morphs but the genetic make up is what actually counts, in the world of breeding anyway...

he hee, no I wasnt thinking i had an enigma,( however that would be awsome!) just wondering if the enigma genetics some how left the "peppering" on a non-enigma gecko. like a .....enigma sibling with visable sighns. I had already proved myself wrong, to myself because I couldnt figure out how a hypo het RAPTOR would ever have the enigma gene at such an early stage of enigma breeding...But I figured I would get you guys input. Thanks:)
