My guess is that you are meaning Superworms. If so then superworms are feed to leos. Leos should only be feed these once they have obtained a size were the food is half the width of the head and no longer than it. They are too large for younger geckos. They are know to have a higher fat content. Not bad feeders but i believe leopard geckos should have a variety because makes it more interesting for them and each has differant nutritional contents which has its positive and negative aspects.
