I worked with a warehousing company for about 2 years, and moved up quickly. I have never had a write up, taken sick leave....nadda (seriously). Out of the blue I go in for some OT this evening and my boss has a sit down and lets me go. Really shocked me, a supervisor from the other warehouse was there and thought he was pulling a prank. Until my manager pulled out the back part of an app. and read the "at will" discalimer I thought he was joking as well. Im sort of shocked. I guess Ill go into unemployment tomarrow. Im not hurt for cash but wow.....this was totally unexpected. Just goes to show that life can always throw a nasty curve out of nowhere.

Me too. I just got my CPT1 (phlebotomy) lic. and my EKG/Lab assistant certs at the begining of the month so hopefully my next job is in a clinic or hospital. Im still confused....lol.

I filed for UI for the first time ever, we'll see how it goes...:main_huh: Im pretty optimistic as I do alot of oddjobs and am savvy with my bills. I may sell my truck though to get a newer enduro or mid sized sport bike.
