Lavenders

So I was thinking about attempting to breed fully lavender geckos, I still need to do a lot of reading up on geckos and this is going to be a fairly extensive project that probably wont get started as of just yet.

I was wondering if anyone thinks this would be interesting, or even maybe a saught after trait?

I know that Paul Allen and JMG have lavender stripe projects going on. I have some stuff from JMG that i'm proving out hets before i work into different projects with the lavenders.

Its a project I have been thinking about, my finance likes the more natural looking geckos and I just personally like what I have seen of the lavender. He currently has one that has a small amount of lavender on her tail and I would really love to see a gecko that has solid coloration of that type. Maybe some darker similar spots?

Now THAT's a project worth doing. I'd love to see a solid lav gecko. I've got a normal het bell with some awesome lavender coloring on her. It would be great if we could just get rid of that yellow! lol

if the WHOLE gecko was the lavender colour, then it would look very similar to blizzard or blazing blizard, or patternless super snow, or super snow albino patternless.
Id love to see it be done, but i think it could just be another pink coloured gecko. BUT id love you to prove me wrong haha. because if you do, then weve got an awesome new gecko morph (sort of)
Good luck :)

This is my mack enigmas tail, Im certainly going to try and get that into his offspring. Really think theres a lot of potential with the lavender but most people dont seem interested but if somehow we could get the colour into the main body of the gecko and have a purple looking gecko that would be awesome.

A lavender leo wouldn't look like any of those that you just mentioned above. I have a Lavender Radar that has just about 30% color other then lavender on it. It's very much so possible but could easily take 5-8 years to get any type of results you're interested in.
