Laying eggs

My female refuses to lay her eggs in the lay box. She doesn't even shed in the shed box. I don't think she likes moss. But, I have pebbles surrounding the tiles in her tank and she always tries to dig right before she lays. Should I try putting a sandbox or something in the tank for her to dig and lay in? She usually just ends up laying the eggs on the tiles and they stick to it.

I use eco-earth --the stuff that comes in the hard brick and you soak it to get it to expand and become soft. That seems to work for all of mine most of the time.

I am using eco-dirt for my moist hide/egg laying and my female loves to dig in it, so does my male. My female really seems to pack it down when she has burried eggs in it.
