Leo eye infection?

So, for the past few weeks my gecko hasn't been opening his eyes much, the right is closed more often than the left. But today I noticed that in the corners of his eyes, closest to his nose, there's some kind of grey cloudy film on them. It's only in the corners though, the left goes to the middle and the right is just a little bit. He keeps licking the right one, too.

Also, he can still see a cricket crawling around him and if I shine a flashlight at him he'll open them both and watch it, so he's not having trouble seeing anything.

One more thing that has me confused is his eyes used to be a light blue color, but now they've turned brown for some reason.

Hes 1 1/2 years old, carpet and rocks substrate, 95 degree hot side, 75-80 degree cold side, a tree, rock house, and a half log, and he eats mostly crickets and mealworms for treats.

This isn't my picture, but its what his eyes look like. Though his aren't quite as bad:

What can I possibly do for him?

That looks less like an infection and more like a retained eye cap. I know it seems like a cop out answer, but your safest bet is to take it to a herp vet.

Ah, that makes sense. I'll definitely be taking him to a vet either tonight or tomorrow. Thanks :)

Its not changed, its the skin over the top of it. A retained eye cap occurs when a leo doesnt shed right and the skin over his eye stays while he sheds. Also might mention that you can try making sure the humid hide is at its best. Justin, cant you also use a little saline to flush the eye?

I do have saline solution and polysporin ear & eye drops if it's safe to use those. And its not the cloudyness I was talking about, the actual iris part changed from light blue to light brown.
