Since my last question concerning the eye. Now both eyes have been closed for a solid week, not eating, barely moves from warm to cool side but stays in humid area. Tail has gotten much thinner since yesterday. He was at the vet a week ago and he is on 2 meds twice a day. Meds Seem to be stressing him out too much to eat. So I think he is starving himself. Tried wax worms bc he has NEVER turned those down.. He actually makes a noise if touched! Didn't know they make noise.

Any suggestions

Sometimes there's not much you can do. Often, by the time a reptile looks and acts sick, they are pretty far gone. You've taken him to the vet, provided the medication and seem to have done all you can. You may want to put some drops of water on his nose so he can lick them off and stay hydrated, but the only other thing you can really do, in my opinion, is to make him comfortable and see if he pulls through.

Thank you. I did wondered if he was dehydrated but the vet said probably not unless I made drastic changes to his environment. I hadn't so I'm at a loss. It's sad that he died and I don't know why!

Sorry for your loss. I have had several situations where a gecko seemed fine and then went downhill for no good reason. I guess there's a lot we don't know about them.
