It appears my gecko threw up a couple mealworms last night, is there a specific cause for this? I know babies can sometimes overeat so I'm not overly worried. He has eaten before and has normal bowel movements from what I can tell. I also know that the food they eat should be no bigger than the space between their eyes and the mealworms are bigger than that. So I'm just trying to gather information about the topic!

I've had a few throw up one meal but they never do it again. If it happens only once I wouldn't worry but if it happens regularly I would triple check your setup and maybe send off samples to check for parasites and/or crypto.
