Hey guys, been a while since i last posted. need some info real quick, recently changed my leo's diet from mainly waxworms to crickets & dried mealworms. Shes not really been that bothered about the change, except she now knows she needs to be faster to eat rather than feed from a dish. one thing i have noticed is her stools are darker than normal and a little smaller. they are usually light brown and about 3 - 4 cm long now they are dark brown almost black & around 1 - 3 cm long. any ideas on this subject or is it just the diet change?

Why go with dried worms? WHy not feed live ALL theyre getting is the shell at that point with minimal nutrition. IMO

i feed mine crickets 3 times a week and mealies (live ones) daily. And his stools are the same with a solid white tip at one end of the poo. I also have froze dried crickets packed in its natural juices too but thats only once in a while. kind of like a treat, my leo seems to really enjoy them since he munches them up as fast as i can get them in the bowl, and then wont touch his food for about a day after i give the freeze dried crickets (protesting for more maybe?) i am almost positive its the diet cause we feed them the same things. just be sure to watch for other changes such as very watery/runny stools to make sure there arent other problems not diet related
